Terms of use for Yourefolio
Your use of the Yourefolio platform, products, software, services and web site (referred to as the "Services" in these terms of use are subject to these Terms of Service. This agreement is between you and Yourefolio Enterprises LLC (Herein referred to as Yourefolio). Our principal address is 26404 Detroit Road, Suite B7, Westlake, Ohio 44145.
You accept these terms by (a) entering into a subscription agreement (b) logging into the product . You may not use the Services or accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Yourefolio™, or (b) you are a person barred from receiving the Services under any applicable laws or regulations.
The information, data, analysis and opinions contained in the Services include the confidential and proprietary information of Yourefolio™; may include or be derived from account information provided by you which cannot be verified by Yourefolio™.
You acknowledge that each Yourefolio™ account is designed, intended and licensed for use by a single named user only. You agree not to share access to your Yourefolio™ account, login information or password with any other individuals or entities, except where expressly permitted by a separate agreement with Yourefolio Enterprises™ LLC. You agree that you are solely responsible for the activities that occur under your user account.
If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you agree to notify Yourefolio™ Enterprises LLC. immediately at info@yourefolio.com.
You agree not to access any of the Services by any means other than the interface provided by Yourefolio™, except where expressly permitted by a separate agreement with Yourefolio Enterprises™ LLC. You specifically agree not to use automated means (including the use of scripts or web crawlers) to access the Services. You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services, or the servers and networks connected to the Services.
Unless specifically permitted in a separate agreement with Yourefolio™, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose. All information and creation of user profile information contained throughout the website and within the software may not be used in general mailings, mass communications or advertisements, without prior written consent.

our relationship with Yourefolio™ Enterprises LLC. will continue to apply until terminated by either you or Yourefolio™ Enterprises LLC. as set out below.
It is important to remember that Yourefolio™ Enterprises LLC. is a subscription-based platform that operates on recurring billing. By signing up for this service you will be billed on a recurring basis either monthly or annually, whatever you choose. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CANCEL THE SERVICE. Yourefolio Enterprises™ LLC. may at any time, terminate the subscription if you do not pay the amounts due for the license of the Services according to the terms stated in your invoice.
You are welcome to request cancellation of the Services at any time. If you want to cancel your account, you may do so by simply emailing us at support@yourefolio.com. Cancellation is deemed effective when you receive an acknowledgement from a Yourefolio™ Enterprises LLC. employee that your message has been received. We DO NOT OFFER refunds under any circumstances. If you cancel your service, we will immediately stop future charges. If your firm is paying for an account, and that person leaves your firm, it is your responsibility to notify Yourefolio Enterprises™ LLC. We will not refund any account for failure to notify us of an employee who has left, been terminated or lost access to the Service.
It is important to know that your data belongs to you. You are not transferring the ownership of data about your clients by storing it in Yourefolio Enterprises™ LLC. Your clients are your clients, and the data that you store in Yourefolio™ belongs to you.
We utilize the data in your individual Yourefolio™ account to assist you with support requests, troubleshoot problems, or monitor the performance and effectiveness of the system. In addition, we utilize aggregated data across the entire Yourefolio™ platform to improve its effectiveness, develop insights, or monitor the performance and effectiveness of the system.
Your data is encrypted, we cannot access it. Only the person(s) who have the password can unlock the encrypted data. If you need us to view it for some reason, we will need to reset the password. This method ensures it is your data and only you control the access to it.
The Terms, and your relationship with Yourefolio Enterprises™ LLC. under the Terms, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to its conflict of law's provisions. You and Yourefolio Enterprises™ LLC. agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the City of Westlake Ohio, County of Cuyahoga, and the State of Ohio, to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms. Notwithstanding this, you agree that Yourefolio Enterprises™ LLC. shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.

Is there a contract commitment or onboarding fee to use your service?
No, you can cancel at anytime by emailing us at support@yourefolio.com. The fee you see on our site is the only fee you pay.
What does support look like?
We are an internet company so we prefer to handle support virtually. We will provide you with video tutorials and a resource center to answer your questions. We track all our service requests by email. We do not employ attorneys, actuaries or accountants. However, if you need to speak to a human person, we will always make one available.
Are your documents updated regularly and are they state specific?
They are updated as the attorneys we contract with see necessary or the law changes in a particular state. They are state specific.
Can I modify your onboarding module?
No, not at this time
Can I brand the software?
No, not at this time

Does your platform read estate planning documents?
No, not at the this time
Does your Advanced Planning platform provide documents for my clients?
No, our system is a professional system and our Attorney platform does produce estate documents which in turn are given to their clients.
Does your platform integrate with eMoney software?
No, not at this time

How many people are employed at your company?
Enough to support your use of the platform and to assist you with support when you need it.
Is you system safe?
Yes, our servers are located in the United States and they have SOC I, II and III audit certificates. We utilize two-tiered verification to access accounts, data is encrypted at rest and at transit and we regularly perform penetration tests. We have a security protocol document available to all our customers upon request.
Do you use or sell our data.
We do not sell your data. We only use the data to measure our software, its performance and to provide support. The data is yours, we cannot access it at anytime. The only person who can access it is the one with the password and security questions to your account.
What happens to our data and your software if you sell it or you go out of business?
Your data can be transposed to an Excel spreadsheet if need be. We don't plan on going out of business and we have had a platform since 2016. We are sure that if a buyer were to purchase this platform, they would want to support the userbase.
Do you offer platform discounts?
Yes, for our partner organizations like Interactive Legal, Brentmark and Clio. We also offer new attorneys one-year pricing at $99 per month with a one-year commitment (billed monthly).
